A flood-affected family in the suburban area of Nooraja Bhatta Chak 81-M, Jalalpur Pirwala, is still waiting for government aid even after four months. Despite the completion of an official survey and announced compensation by Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz, the family claims they have received no financial support.
