🥛Punjab Food Authority Raids Milk Transporters | 1,000 Litres of Adulterated Milk Disposed in Multan

The Punjab Food Authority (PFA) has intensified its crackdown against milk adulteration across the province. During an inspection at Shershah Toll Plaza in Multan, officials checked two milk-carrying vehicles. Lab tests revealed water adulteration and low fat and nutritional content, after which over 1,000 litres of substandard milk were disposed of on the spot. One vehicle was fined Rs. 10,000, and a warning notice was issued. According to DG PFA Muhammad Asim Javed, milk is a complete food, and adulteration will not be tolerated under any circumstances. He further urged citizens to get their home-supplied milk tested for free at PFA offices across Punjab.
